Why we do what we do

In honor of Augustine Morales - 5.14 Justice Nonprofit was created to continue his legacy of giving back to underserved communities in Sacramento County.

Augustine B. Morales

5.14 Justice was created in honor of Augustine Morales who was tragically taken from his loved ones. Aug had a deep passion for giving back and spearheaded the first 80's Babiez Giveback in 2014, as he was committed to uplifting underserved communities through acts of service, compassion, and support. In the midst of loss, his mother felt a strong calling to carry forward the work he had already begun—ensuring that his kindness and purpose would continue to make a difference. Through 5.14 Justice, his legacy lives on by creating opportunities, providing resources, and bringing hope to those who need it most.

Who is Augustine Morales?

Augustine Morales was an entrepreneur, driven and full of ideas, he is the creator of 80's Babiez, a merchandise and clothing line, and founder of Live Image multimedia company and yet what truly set him apart was his character. He was incredibly caring and had a natural way of making people laugh—his humor could light up any room. He would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation if you were in need, putting others before himself. Wise beyond his years, he carried a calm understanding of life that people were drawn to. He kept his friends close and often served as the mediator in the neighborhood, bringing people together and helping others find common ground. Aug was also a devoted father to two children and a proud grandpa to three little girls, roles he cherished deeply. Aug's longtime girlfriend found out she was having another child with Aug shortly after his death. His memory lives on in the lives he touched. He will be forever loved and missed.
