Marysa Morales is a Staff Sergeant with the United States Army, she has served her country for 10 years combined with 6.5 years reserved and 3.5 active duty. Marysa is a mom to one daughter with many "adopted" children. Marysa is currently studying for her Masters in Business Administration and holds a BA in Political Science, she has over 18 years involvement in multiple nonprofit organizations. Marysa is an avid hiker and enjoys obstacle course racing. Marysa is our Vice President who has a heart of gold.

Lisa King retired from the State of California where she was an Associate Governmental Program Analyst specializing in procurement. Lisa worked with other divisions to track purchases to stay within agency budget. Lisa enjoys her quiet time with her two huge dogs, Daisy and Penny. Summers are spent lounging in her beautifully landscaped backyard with water fall and swimming pool. Lisa is our treasurer who has a generous heart.

Roxanne Morales founded 5.14 Justice in honor of her son who's life was tragically taken in 2020. Roxanne is co-owner of Wild Bills Tattoo and a supervisor with the State of California. Roxanne's passion is the nonprofit to continue her son's legacy by giving back to vulnerable populations focusing on the children. Her hope is to expand services towards education and additional family resources. Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, weekend getaways with her honey and attending church. Roxanne is the President of 5.14 Justice Nonprofit.

Makailah~Mae also known as Kailah is our youngest board member. Kailah loves all genres of music and art, she loves to travel, skate, and attend concerts. Kailah is our Administrative Assistant and ensures the organization stays on task. Kailah is also our social media specialist and handles most of our social media content.

Mark Espinosa holds a Masters in Communication Studies and earned his BA in Communication and Sociology. Mark has volunteered with 5.14 Justice since the beginning, he has been an integral part of the organization by ensuring our operations run smoothly. Mark loves to help others and has a giving heart. Mark is our Communications Director, feel free to reach out.
Vincent alo known as Sin is the owner/operator of NuRav Customs and Step-N-Out Productions. Sin enjoys working on silk screens, T-shirts, and original designs (he can create for you). Sin also loves music and carries on his fathers DJ buisness Step-N-Out Productions. If he's not with his family, he's most likely riding his bike or chillin in his '06 Chevy truck. Sin has a big heart and supports the vision of 5.14 Justice.

William Hill is the founder and owner of Wild Bills Tattoo which has been in Roseville for over 50 years. Wild Bill has many collections: cars, motorcycles, robots, skulls (human and animals) and more. Wild Bills Tattoo artists and other artists have donated to UCD for 24 years, Wild Bill has a giving heart and supports the mission of 5.14 Justice.
